Enquiries can be made for the following posts:

  1. Registered Home Manager (RM)

  2. Deputy Homes Manager

  3. Senior Residential Child Care Officer (SRCCO)

  4. Residential Child Care Officer (RCCO)

  5. Support Worker (SW)

  • As a Registered Manager you would be expected to have NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or Children and Young People and have or be studying for your QCF level 5. You must evidence a clear understanding of governing legislation and demonstrate a higher level of understanding the working relationship with Ofsted and the Local Authority and other stakeholders.

  • As a Deputy manager you would be expected to have or be studying for your NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young people or Health and Social Care; with leadership experience and demonstrable understanding of care management.

  • As a SRCCO you must have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People, have the minimum level of mandatory training as outlined in the National Minimum Standard for Children's Home and have had experience of working in a children's Home.

  • Application for the RCCO position is invited from people who have a passion to work with young people. You must be prepared to have an enhanced CRB check, must be prepared to undergo training and have life experience to impart to the young people in your care.
